Containing high levels of B vitamins it is a useful prebiotic taken by horses, goats, camelids, sheep & cattle.
We have found that cats & dogs will take it when offered; it is said to help protect against fleas.
The perfect natural source of a wide range of B vitamins, Brewers’ Yeast has long been a favourite of horse keepers. Helps to support horses with behavioural problems, prone to anxiety, mareishness and travel stress. Its calming effect is due to the B vitamins and some animals will take this instead of barley grass powder (which is calming due to magnesium content). The animal knows which they need (sometimes both) so always allow the animal to choose or refuse!
Its high quality amino acids encourage a healthy population of gut flora, ensuring better hindgut digestion. Also provides copper and zinc. Particularly useful for hard working horses, lactating mares, anxious and problem horses.
Offered in conjunction with seaweed & linseed meal is a good forage balancer.
It is also selected by cats & dogs.
